	Michael Thayer President / CEO Michael has been a marketer for close to 26 years. He is fascinated with business, branding and image projection. He seeks to draw out the underlying story from each entrepreneur and business owner he meets. He feels that these stories are worth sharing and when developed properly, bring more energy, passion, and success to the business. "I really enjoy the creative side of marketing, including web design and development. I like drawing out the best in a person, an idea, or a business. I'm here to help my clients achieve their goals through creative and innovative marketing." Michael is a self-described "serial entrepreneur". His first design and marketing success came when he was in his early 20's living and working in Lake Tahoe. Since that time he has had a successful range of design experience for more than 25 years. Michael's entrepreneurial ventures include owning a Mexican restaurant in California called "La Cocina". This experience was a real character-builder. Thankfully, it was also a money maker and sold for a profit after 3 years. Michael's theme for living is "If you first give people what they need, eventually you will get what you need." Live it, pass it on, and prosper. Michael was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce. God answered a specific prayer for Michael when he met Lisa. They have been married since July of 1993. Michael and Lisa are co-owners of GoldfishNetwork.com
	Lisa Thayer Vice President / CFO Lisa is the perfect compliment to Michael’s skills, interests and talents. Lisa has taken her business degree and real world experience running other people’s companies and applied them to their web design and marketing business. While Michael thrives on the excitement of being an entrepreneur, Lisa has passion for practical execution AKA "getting the job done". Both Michael and Lisa share a love of innovative marketing strategies and helping others take their business to the next level. They have begun publishing a series of articles on the topic of search engine marketing. Lisa currently serves as the Chair of Technology Committee for the Tualatin Chamber and on the Tualatin Arts, Culture, Education, Youth and Families Committee. She is also a member of the Oregon Native American Chamber of Commerce. Lisa has a Bachelor of Science - Business Administration from San Jose State University in California.
	Hiram Garcia Tech & Design Team AKA "Dr. H" Hiram has been a member of the Goldfish Team for as long as we can remember. He is known for working all hours of the day and night even though we have banned Red Bull at the Goldfish office. What most people don't know about Hiram is that he studies classic literature, is learning Japanese in his "free time" and can be bribed to work an extra hour or so if Lisa makes him lunch.
	Tim Esch Tech & Design Team AKA "Techie Tim" Tim was welcomed aboard in October of 2006. He is the "professor" of the group and is an excellent problem solver. Tim does some of the cleanest coding work this side of the Pacific and is one of the most reliable persons we have ever encountered in the web design world. (No, you can't have his personal cell phone number.)
	Ken Westin Tech & Design Team Ken is a creative technologist with a experience in web design, programming. marketing and computer security. With ten years web design, development and programming experience he has managed and developed cutting edge web applications and award-winning websites for Tektronix, Centennial Software, iovation and Pacific University. Ken holds a B.A. from Lewis & Clark College and a M.S. in Internet Systems Development from the University of Portsmouth.
	Sara Citrenbaum Tech & Design Team Sara's background as a cartoonist, intelligence analyst, and computational social science is certainly an amalgamation of talent! Being a web designer has enabled Sara to combine all of her skills and passion. Her analytical side is what makes her such a XHTML/CSS wizard. Her creativivity comes in to play during the design phase and page layout. If you have a vision she can help you achieve it. And if by some chance you don't have a vision, (hey we can't all be creative geniuses), then she can work with you to create one.
	Heidi Olsen Tech & Design Team Heidi has an extensive background in print, design and journalism. She completed her studies in web design at Portland State University.
	Jason Karl Designer / Illustrator Jason has extensive experience in print and web design, as well as illustration. He has developed brand and corporate identities, game design, websites, advertisements, promotional and display pieces. He is an effective team player, known for creativity, flexibility and an attention to detail. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Oregon State University.
	Rita Rush,CPA Accounting & Personnel Rita joined the GoldfishNetwork team in January of 2007. She works magic with the books but always colors inside the lines. Rita's sunny disposition and great sense of humor add to the friendly ambience of the office environment.
